This article contains a few of my favorite things:

Witty articulation of the plight and humanity of an often-misunderstood minority group with nary a chip on the shoulder.

Some essential truths applicable in a variety of contexts: (1) calling yourself something doesn't make you one; (2) cravings for something and voluntary abstinence from it are not mutually exclusive; (3) just because you feel judged doesn't mean you're being judged; and (4) if I seem crazy to you, chances are you seem pretty nuts to me.

A hilarious (albeit mostly unrelated) youtube link.
